At Wesleath, we commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single handcraft that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times during transit when the items may come damaged. If this happens to be your case, don’t worry, your 1-month warranty protects you if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, including any product defects or mistakes that might have occurred in your order.

It is crucial that your product comes without any signs of wear and in the original packaging to make your warranty valid. Remember returns & exchanges will always be free at Wesleath so you have nothing to worry about in terms of shipping or other fees.

 

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

 

  1. Contact us via our email at happytohelp@wesleath.com or via www.wesleath.com/contact, we’ll review the issue in detail, and if needed, provide you with a completely free return shipping guide.

  2. Once we receive and approve the unworn item, we'll refund you to the card provided to us on the order where the item was purchased. If you wish to exchange the item, please provide to our email the details of the item you wish to have instead, any remaining balance will be sent to you via a gift card for later use (without any expiration).
